Sunday

Praise & Pilates 4:00pm-5:00pm

Rise and shine for an early morning Pilates session of gentle (yet strengthening) movement sequences set to worship music. This mat-based series is designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit into a posture of worship and gratitude. Class begins with a moment of prayer and a short dive into the Psalms.

Monday

Power + Pulse 8:15am-9:15am

This dynamic exercise class combines heart-pumping cardio with targeted strength training using small weights, body weight, and resistance bands. Designed to improve endurance, build lean muscle, and boost overall fitness, it’s suitable for all levels and offers a full-body workout in every session.


Tuesday

Barre + Dance Fusion 6:15pm-7:15pm

This class focuses on dance centered workouts, incorporating ballet, barre, and jazz themed exercises. This class will get you dancing, strengthen your muscles, and allow you to have fun while moving your body! It is open to all levels and no experience necessary.

Wednesday

Pilates 6:15pm-7:15pm

Class will resume on Tuesdays until February 28th and then begin on Wednesdays. Join our Pilates class to strengthen your core and improve flexibility using only bodyweight exercises. This mat-based workout enhances posture, balance, and muscle tone without the need for props. Perfect for all fitness levels, it is a full-body workout that leave you feeling strong and centered.


Thursday

Meditate + Restore Yoga 6:15pm-7:15pm

Our Meditate + Restore Yoga is designed with gentle floor-based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity.
