Exercise is great for your overall health and wellbeing. However, not all types of exercise are right for every individual. Through our Exercise Evaluation, you will learn which types of exercises are right for your specific body and goals. The Exercise Evaluation includes:

Resting Metabolic Rate Testing - This test shows how many calories your body burns at rest

VO2 Max Study - A measure of how much oxygen you breathe in while exercising as hard as you can.

Spirometry - An in-office test to measure how much air you inhale, how much you exhale and how quickly you exhale

PRICE: There will be a one-time fee of $75 for your own individual mask. After the initial fee, it will be $200 per month to use the Live O2 Machine two times per week.

A VO2 Max refers to how much oxygen your body can absorb and use during exercise. Understanding your VO2 Max Score can help you optimize your aerobic fitness.

This test essentially identifies your “fat burning” zone during exercise and can help you develop an exercise routine that is ideal for your metabolism and goals.

  • Obtain a true picture of your cardiovascular fitness.

For years many people have defined a healthy weight by your BMI or simply a number on the scale. While these numbers can be used in a variety of different ways, they aren’t comprehensive. The Body Composition Scale that we use for our patients gives us a much broader view of a person’s weight. This is important because research shows that there is a correlation between increased body fat and being at a higher risk for chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular disease. The Body Composition Scale is used to measure body composition which is the percentage of core components in your body, such as fat, protein, minerals and body water. Every patient who uses our Body Composition Scale will receive a comprehensive report that includes:

Body Composition Breakdown – Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Body Water

Body Fat Distribution – Visceral Fat, Fat Displacement

Your Metabolism – Resting (BMR), Active Caloric Burn Rate

Fad diets are everywhere and it’s hard to know what’s actually healthy for you. That’s why we offer a Nutrition Analysis where you work one-on-one with our team to determine what diet is right for you. The Nutrition Analysis includes:
