We’ve listened to member feedback and created a tiered system to better meet individual wellness goals. The new tiers—Core, Restore, and Transform—offer more flexibility and services that allow you to choose what’s most relevant to your needs.

2. What are the new membership options?

Tier Price/Month Includes

Core $129 Sauna, Salt Therapy, and Exercise Classes

Restore $159 Everything in Core + Red Light Therapy and Emsella

Transform $199 Everything in Restore + Pain Relief Laser Therapy

3. What happens to my current $100 Unlimited Membership?

Your existing membership will automatically transition to the Core Tier at $129/month for your July Billing Cycle, unless you choose a different tier by July 7th, 2025.

4. How do I select a new membership tier?

You can make your selection in any of the following ways:

• By Phone: 501-672-0746

• In-Person: Visit our front desk

• Email: Simply reply to your membership update email with your preferred tier

5. What if I don’t make a selection by July 7th?

If we don’t receive your selection by July 7th, 2025 your membership will automatically move to the Core Tier at $129/month. Don’t worry—you can always upgrade or change your tier later.

6. Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier later?

Yes! You can switch tiers at any time. Just let us know and we’ll adjust your membership to fit your evolving needs.

7. Will I lose any services I currently have?

All services included in the previous Unlimited Membership are still available—now they’re grouped into specific tiers. This change ensures you only pay for what you need and use.

8. Do these tiers offer better value?

Absolutely! Each tier is designed to maximize the value of your membership by focusing on services that support your specific goals—whether it's stress relief, women’s wellness, or ongoing pain management.

10. Is Emsculpt Neo still included in membership?

Emsculpt Neo will no longer be included in any of our membership tiers starting July 7th, 2025. However, members can still enjoy its benefits by purchasing it as an add-on service at a discounted member rate. This allows us to keep memberships more affordable while still offering advanced body sculpting options for those who want them.
